Guilan Qiu is from China. She graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 2010 with a Master’s degree in woodcut. She has studied in Japan since 2011. In 2012 she studied into the Tokyo University of the Arts. In 2013 she obtained the artist visa. She has participated in many competitions and competitions in China and Japan and she received many awards, among them:

2013 – National Exlibris Competition /Award of Excellence (China)
She lives and works in Japan.
