Tezcan Bahar was born in Dobrich – Bulgaria in 1976. In 2002, graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts (Eskisehir / TURKEY). In 2006, completed his Post-Graduate at the Ondokuz Mayıs University. Working as a lecturer at the same institution and continues to PhD education (Samsun / TURKEY).
