Atalay Mustafa Cevat was born in 1973, in Ermenek district of Karaman province. In 1999, he graduated from Selcuk University, Faculty of Education, Fine Arts Education Department. In 1999 He started his service as a Visual Arts maintenance at the Ministry of National Education. He completed his Master’s degree in 2008. In 2013, Gazi Education Department, Painting Education Department, University Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Fine Arts Education. 2013 He started to work as a lecturer at TNK University, GSTM Faculty, Painting Department. In 2015, he became a Certificate in Plastic Arts. He is still working as a Professor at Gaziantep University.
He has opened many exhibitions so far. Atalay participated in group exhibitions with his works in 12 domestic and 5 international exhibitions. People who worked on abstract painting from 1998 to the end of 2015, portraits on the ground are among the plans for 2015.
He was invited to a workshop and symposium in national and international art. He is the editor of international peer-reviewed journals and has publications on Aesthetics and Art Philosophy, Art Education, Postal Art, Space, Chance in the Art of Painting. Mustafa Cevat ATALAY visualizes and distributes images.
In 2018, Atalay, who is a Visual Arts Academician in the world, was the editor of the International Art, Artists and Art Education book “Postal Art Book” published by Night Publishing in 2020. He provides support and curation to the arts organization, International Mail Art Projects.
