Tomasevic, Mirjana


Mirjana Tomaševid was born on 14th August 1967, in Belgrade. She graduated in 1991 on the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, Graphics Department. She completed postgraduate studies in 1994 on the same Faculty, class of the professor Božidar Džmerkovid. Four years later she started working as an assistant. In 2006 she became an Assistant Professor in Graphics Department, main subject Printmaking, an Associate Professor in 2016. She works in classic techniques of original graphics. She is a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Serbia since 1992 and has been present in the visual art scene. She has eleven solo exhibited at home and abroad ( Serbia, Bulgaria and Georgia). She often participates in biennials and triennials of graphics, and she takes part in graphic salons in the country and abroad (Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, France, Chech Republic, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Romania, Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, China…). Her works are taking place in many public and private collections.
